The first ones I heard of was Tara and Wonder Girls, but I heard of Tara because of BTS. So I am guessing Wonder Girls.

It was Bo Peep Bo Peep, their 2nd single. Then their next one I Go Crazy Because of You was also a hit. Then their following singles were kind of just meh performing.
Then they released Roly Poly and became HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE. Like SOTY huge. Like it became so huge they made an actual musical after it huge.

Wonder girls had the biggest impact, they are easily the 3rd biggest GG of 2nd gen after SNSD and 2NE1
secondly i would want to put T-ara because Roly poly is bigger than anything Sistar Released but the Hwayoung scandal tarnish their legacy and even if Roly poly is still a big hit, it's the only thing from their legacy, the name T-ara have kind of been erase and you can see it about how Koreans no longer really talk about them
So i'll say in Second place, it's Sistar , because they create the GG of Summer title and peopel are still talking about them and their desire to see them back together
so in 3rd place, i'll put T-ara
