The bigger the group, the more solo stans. I agree with Kireta in that the more members go solo, the more solo stans pop up. Of the three groups, I think the rankings by sheer amount is:
However, proportionally, I think BP has a bigger solo stan issue. EXO has more solo stans by pure numbers because they're a more established group and have the most members - including the most members who have gone solo. BP, in contrast, is a much younger 4 member group, but their solo stan problem is proportionally bigger because they started having solo activities very early in their career. At this point, the members of BP have probably had more solo engagements than group engagements. EXO had much more time to build up a fanbase that is loyal to all of them.
I'm not discounting BTS either, but all big and popular groups are going to have solo stans. In comparison to the other two, it is not quite as bad, given that none of them have had official solo activities and do most things as a group anyway - including endorsements.

blackpink have a huge solo stan problem. the difference of millions in instagram followers isn’t a big deal when solo stans fight over EVERYTHING. i remember their ice cream comeback got ruined because lisa got a rap part and jennie didn’t and then jisoo barely had enough lines... like the akgaes were hate commenting under the other members posts. that was so shitty

I’m not sure, but I suppose I’d pick Blackpink since I have seen some bad solo stan issues there. I remember when Jennie started her youtube channel, Lisa fans on twitter started tweeting about checking out Lisa’s channel. Not that plugging Lisa’s channel is bad, but the fact that they were doing it when Jennie just opened hers isn’t cool. They were clearly trying to take away from Jennie’s moment and make it about Lisa.
There are other issues like this. Such as insta follows. The following for each member isn’t even, which can indicate solo stan issues. I do think the hate Jennie got for her performance issues awhile back is also influenced by solo stans wanting to put her down since she isn’t their fav.

BP! It was already quite bad, but Jennie getting a solo so early completely ruined the fandom in many ways. Ever since then, it’s been a nightmare!
I will never forget big Jennie, Jisoo and Rosé fan accounts even threatening to boycott the album over Ice Cream. Worse still, the attacks on Lisa over it.
As much as I want the remaining solos, the deserve them and we have waited forever, after that I really feel they need to focus on OT4 music for a while.

Definitely BP, Blink Twitter is 40% agkaes but other SNS platforms don't have as big as a number but there's a good enough number. With the girls have lots of solo promotions it doesn't help at all. It's so bad to the point they have their own fandom names.

I listed them as biggest in size to smallest in size tho Jisoo's solo stans are growing lately. Each of these has a mentality that every OT4 blink hates their fave or doesn't do enough for them. Tho me myself agree with some of their arguments they present but not all. Jennie and Lisa ones are the worst and always pitting the two poor girls against each other. There even came a time when Lisa got hate by Rosé and Jennie stans because she didn't post anything on insta for the girl's birthday(They basically based the girl's friendship by social media and sent Lisa hate comments on insta too) but Jisoo agakes aren't saints either. For now, they are but as someone mentions once BTS starts doing solo promotions its gonna be a huge problem to the army fanbase
