i’m gonna say that i am a foodie, i love trying all different kinds and varieties of food. But i can also be absolutely terrified of the calories.
i’m ngl, i would rather not eat something than increase my calorie count when i’m dieting (which is pretty much all the time ). This is pretty normal for me and most people around me, but i have a few friends who don’t count at all and find that counting is...not beneficial?
I don’t feel sad about it though, since it’s like a day-to-day thing. I eat something, quickly mentally calculate the calories i’ve had today and decide whether or not i should eat xyz next or skip out on it. I’m actually pretty happy most of the time so it’s not that big of a deal
