Because I don't let Spotify recommend me songs, let alone start playing songs automatically. I turned off everything, I only listen to my own playlists, nothing else.

The good news for lazy people is that Spotify will introduce a new feature this year. They will highlight the AI involvement in every song, even if it's just a small part of it.

It's a known issue with spotify. They're also using AI to post fake songs from actual artist and there's people bypassing system to post fake features. I have no clue what's up with Spotify lately but the service is becoming trash for this reason. I always have to triple check when a new artist pops up. If they don't have an IG page, youtube mv, or another services, then I won't listen to them. This is awful for actual undiscovered artist because people will be scared to check out their music.

There should be an option for premium users to block ai artists and songs.

As of now, the only thing you can do is turn off Smart Shuffle, Autoplay Similar Content, and of course, block AI "artists" and remove every AI made songs from your liked library if there's any.

I also recommend trying to find more AI "artists" and block them so the algorithm can see you hate those.

If you do this, you have like a 10% chance of listening to this pile of shit. If you don't listen to official playlists you can reduce the chance to 0% basically.

I do everything manually, but most people don't like to do that because it's not easy, but if you love listening to official playlists, or any other playlists you should check the artworks because it's pretty easy to tell based on the cover if something is AI. Not to mention the release dates.

AI "artists" release a lot of songs in a short period of time.
