Queendom had 1% in just one episode

maybe we have the impression that it was huge because of the effect on the groups, Mnet's audience was always low mainly because it is a closed channel

but what had an audience was enough to make 3 groups hit a lot (Oh My Girl, MAMAMOO and GIDLE)

Queendom/Kingdom is weird. Nobody watches the show but everybody watches the stages afterwards when they're posted on YouTube. tbh that's the only thing people care about

Honestly, I watched the whole first episode and Kingdom's dynamic is VERY boring. So I wouldn't be surprised Queendom/RTK were too. Only the stages are worth it.

Koreans and i-fans arent doing nothing wrong watching only on Youtube

Worse than Music Shows

How did this do worse than Road to Kingdom? 💀 Maybe all the scandals have scared people away.

Mnet is a cable channel, not a network.

The target audience doesn't watch it on TV. They stream on other platforms. Which is why MAMA always has low tv ratings too.

Anyway, even music shows on the networks get 0.1%. Because again, the target audience isn't watching it on TV.

WBK, Queendom and RTK had low viewership ratings and that most people watched the performances online. This isn't even remotely surprising.

I dont think ratings really matter its more so the performances that get watched that boosted the popuarlity.
