If you don't know Girls' Generation aka Snsd, let me introduce to you their dance line from best to 4th best in the group.

Who do you find as the best vocalist of the four?

They are responsible for

Beauty,

Humour,

Dancing,

Variety Shows,

Modeling and part of

Acting in Snsd.

NOTE: please don't tell me that Hyoyeon can't sing. Having a husky voice doesn't mean she can't sing. She just can't easily hit high notes like everyone else and her tone is not light.

Think of Hyoyeon as Nct Jaehyun or Stray Kids Felix whose high notes will never be on Doyoung, Chen or Ryeowok's level.

OK, There Strengths and weaknesses imo are;

1. Sooyoung is actually really good as a dancer vocalist. She has the best developed head voice in the dance line but she doesn't have much vocal control.

2. Yuri has the best mixed register and imo, is the most stable live. I think she can be the best vocalist among the dancers but, her high notes can be very nasal. She sounds immaculate singing in her range. No wonder she sings a lot of bridges in Snsd songs.

3. Hyoyeon has the best husky voice. With proper training, she could have been a baritone like Jaehyun. She sounds best in a normal range, not low or high and she easily cracks her vocals when she sings out of her range. To me, Hyoyeon live vocals are either good or bad.

4. Yoona has the sweetest vocals of them all. She could have been the second best ballad singer in Snsd had she been a vocalist. Her lower register is incredibly the best developed for her and one of the most stable in the group but, sadly, her lines are mostly higher than her comfortable range and she almost easily loses control when singing live. Yoona's vocals are the most edited in Snsd.

Technically, I found Yuri the best but her range sounds more limited compared to Sooyoung and Yoona.

10 years ago, I'd say, it's Yuri, Yoona, Sooyoung and Hyo, but nowadays, it's your order.

To be fair, there's no big gap between them, because I don't think I've heard them go overboard, they usually sing in their range. Sooyoung is definitely the one who developed the most, but I miss Yoona the most as a singer, and Hyo is not really a singer anymore, she's more like a DJ and that's sad, because I love her voice and liked her older pop songs too.

Hyo was basically my 1st Moonbyul.😅

I think Sooyoung has improved the most after debut but Yuri us still better skilled and more versatile.
