What's the problem if your ult group flop if you Stan them for music???

Kpop stans never stan 100% for music. And it's easy to spot a success stan if all they talk about is groups flopping.

But if you stan a group it's natural to care about your faves success. I don't worry about flopping. I care only as much as my faves care to stay motivated and active.

I don't get either. I would never care if BTS flopped. I'm stanning them for their music and content. As long as they don't disband, their success doesn't matter to me.

because you want your faves rewarded for the good music they give you. One of the best things you as a fan can give the artist you are supporting is success.

Acts need money on to keep going so If they keep flopping you would see less and less of them

If a group’s music declines and I lose interest then I will unstan. If that’s fake, then least it’s not delusional.

Tbh kpop has never been about music only. You can see that with all those variety shows, the content idold put out, merch, closeness with fans and etc - something that doesn't exist within the other music genres. Kpop stans connect more deeply to artists so whether they gain success or not is something that kind of affects you because you want your faves to be loved and receive recognition for their hard work. It's normal to care about that stuff.

Now if we talk about success stans who stan only because of how famous the group is then yeah, it doesn't make sense and it's stupid
