Who had better singles between T-ara and AOA

This is definetly a tough one. But the T-ara wins!

Anyways for 2nd Gen it is aAlways T-ara for me

also sidenote, almost all of T-ara's older Music Videos are like 420p or 720p if your lucky

when is AI going to do something useful and upscale all those low res classics to like 1440p

i mean Mr taxi was the first song that got me into Kpop, it's 480p and people tried having higher res versions but they all look weird and contorted

I’ve been wanting to make a thread about this recently because I find it really interesting. My memories of 2nd gen are getting a bit hazy now, but I remember HD cameras coming out midway through 2009 - I *think* with f(x) La Cha Ta being the first (or maybe it was one of f(x)’s follow-up singles like Chu that was the first). I remember being amazed at the visual fidelity at the time lol and the stark difference it had to songs like the 2 Chocolate Love MV’s which were like 240p.

Both groups disappointed somewhat toward the end of their careers. I liked T-ara's look better than their music, so I have to pick AOA:

Me too - but I ripped the 1080p Japanese Dance Version from the Blu-Ray disc and always watch that.

T-ara. Wider range and more good songs.

AOA had a great run of bops but it was shorter in length and all were mostly in the same wheelhouse

Aoa are iconic and they have great songs such as Heart Attack (one of my favorite kpop songs), Miniskirt (just iconic), Like a Cat and all their other singles are atleast good.

Whereas T-ara have some misses but their number of bops is just unmatched. Among them, Number9 and Sugar Free are two of the biggest bops ever, then Sexy Love, Cry Cry, Like The First Time, Day by Day, TTL, We were in Love etc.... And even their bsides were bops
