I think Yeonjun might be slightly more popular in Korea, but it's not like any 4th gen bg member is incredibly popular. I'd say the top bg members are all very close to each other in popularity. Some TBZ and ENHYPEN members are also popular.

btw, when it comes to individual bg member popularity I always like to check this site, it's basically the "ideal type world cup" game where korean kpop stans (mainly teenagers) choose their favorite idols purely on visuals/their ideal type. Usually the current rankings give a sense of who's currently trendy over there with the younger kpop stans.

It seems the BND boys are pretty popular rn, but they are 5th gen. The highest placed 4th gen bg member is indeed TXT Yeonjun, followed by Beomgyu and Soobin. Keep in mind this is purely based on visuals, but it's interesting to see.
