First, when Democratic party conspired to deny Bernie Sanders, it set off the dominos to today.

Bernie might have not won, but people had some trust in his authenticity.

That's the single most critical factor that Clinton-Obama-Biden-Harris didn't have.

Secondly, sure USAID has few good causes, but that's just a label, what it is largely is a huge grift mechanism and secondly massive "interference" in the matters of other nations, which caused more resentment and hatred against the US, than any gratitude.

It was correctly seen as an arm of foreign policy to foment riots and regime change, when the local rule wasn't friendly - not to the US the nation, but the leftists globalist agenda.

So even at the risk of some valid projects being halted, many even outside US are celebrating the end of USAID and the revealing of the agents in their countries

Thridly, the US is under no obligation to help non-Americans, definitely not at the cost of massive corruption.

I recollect a McKinsey study of African aide programs many years back, the effective aide reaching the intended recipients didn't cross 30%.

So USAID going under will affect the corrupt globalist nexus far more than actual suffering.

But yes, some of the innocents will also be affected.

Who decides what amount of corruption and sabotage can be suffered, for the sake of those innocents.

In this case, the America people have.

I don't know about other departments etc.

But USAID, USCIRF etc., are foreign interference projects which have caused more damage to both the US and the targeted nations.

Actually we're angry that all of our private information is being served on a silver platter to a sleazy, scheming billionaire who has no business whatsoever gaining access to such things. The biggest issue is the fact that you are allowing a business man direct control of the nation. Elon musk has direct access to all the government with this Doge bs. One of these ramifications is Trump's whole push to remove forgien investment. This gives Elon access to all trade,process and proprietary systems that these major US and US allied tech companies have from Intel, AMD, Samsung Google, TSMC,

etc. this part is completely illegal and a conflict of interest. You now have a business competitor Elon musk with space x etc now getting access to other companies trade secrets, processes and technology. When he does get it. That will completely erode trust in the USA and all these tech companies will cease doing business in America making America weaker as it falls behind as the real arms race of today is the Chip sector and AI.

There's a reason China is banned from getting access to the latest computer chips from all the companies I mentioned. But once these companies start seeing America itself as a threat to them they will add America to this black list and form their trade contracts with stable Asian and European nations that won't have radical politics. Stupid shit like this will never happen in say Japan or South Korea because common sense tells you doing that stupid shit would ruin your nation's national security and give your enemies a bone .

The last thing I will do is listen to what Bernie Sanders has to say. I'm not a proponent of socialism.

It's not that hard: Get an education (I paid for), find a great company, work your ass off, and you can grow & thrive.

I have no complaints with the new administration. My company (German owned) thrives in a Republican economy. I'm very grateful. More $$$ in my family's pocket.

Seriously, if you live in America and don't have a college education I don't want to hear from you. That's on you. It's your own fault. I have a good friend who literally was an orphan (think Moses in basket), lived with different foster parents his whole life, but somehow managed to get a great college education (government funded) and is now a successful attorney. He set goals and did whatever it took to achieve them despite having no money or loving parents that supported him.

AKP is so full of a lot of people that would rather throw a pity party instead of pulling up their bootstraps and making something of themselves despite the adversities they have been dealt with.

America, like all other countries, is ruled by corruption, blackmail, nepotism and old money billionaires. When you see something publicized it’s just part of their charade. There’s trillions that the CIA and Pentagon still have access to that are completely off the books.
