Everyone knows they are sisters, so why act like they are strangers. “Nice to meet you.” It’s not like they are in China and have to pretend to save political face. Nobody is going to report them to the authorities for being 2 sisters at an award show. Unless it’s not pretending and they aren’t actually close? IZONE/WY stans, what say you?

Thais would care even less, they aren’t Korean or Chinese. Most likely the script told them to pretend to be complete strangers, but the deliberate lying is unprofessional, unless they actually haven’t interacted for years
