Is APT's success only because of Bruno Mars?

nah bruno pick the right girl to collab with, and megan pick the wrong group to collab with.

bruno won't get higher results if he collab with twice, and megan obv will get better results if she collab with any bp members.

i think it's pretty simple logic

nobody ever knows and nobody will ever know since hindsight is 20/20

however if the question is APT's success ONLY (key word being only) one might make the argument that APT would have been a fairly successful song regardless of Bruno but Bruno helped it along or pushed it even further

The song is successful because it's very catchy. So I guess in a sense no, it's not because of him. If Rose sang it solo, it would've been a hit. If Bruno collaborated with another female singer, it would've been a hit also.

It's a catchy song. Not rocket science to see why it was popular. Bruno made it easier to introduce but a boring song isn't going to go viral no matter how much money is pushed on it.

People don't care who sings APT, it's catchy and drinking game is a fun concept for holiday season.

Even if it wasn't made by Bruno and Rosé, this song would have gone viral.

And last, Apt wouldn’t see the light without Rosé’s idea and dj bruno so this debate are useless
