Is it a good idea to stan a K-Pop idol based on your MBTI personality type?

Yeah why not.

Stanning idols based on your personality means that you feel you can relate to them on some level.

My ult bias and the queen introvert Jisoo . She also seems very intelligent and conscientious which I respect a lot. so yes since I stan idols for their personality being similar to mine or because they possess qualities I admire.

Believe it or not, I've never taken an MBTI test.

So, I don't stan my biases on trying to match or find similarities.

But, if you select a bias based on MBTI, it's fine as well.

It's a personal preference. So I did not answer.

That's an interesting idea, maybe you can try stanning an idol with the same MBTI and see how you like it?

I never thought too much about it and checked MBTI of my biases (unless it was revealed somewhere), but now I'm curious if we're more likely to have a bias with close personality type or not.

I think I usually choose my bias if I like their personality, but not always because we have something in common. It could also be that they have some qualities that I admire and would like to have.

I only said yes because it was definitely not no. MBTI is one aspect that one can feel more related to their idol, but other than that there's little meaningful pros or cons.
