That's what i thought first when this whole mess started i was like " well even if they leave HYBE they are safe to just sign with the company that MHJ will establish"
But with rumor of her selling her house
And her saying that she doesn't have any money because of all the cost of lawyer etc...
I have some really big doubt that's why i was thinking about if nj would still have a future as a full group currently

just figured MHJ would start her own company I mean there’s no way she’s going through all of this just to not start up her own company with NJ at the end
I don’t see any major company taking NJ especially if paired with MHJ she already got fired from SM and then the whole public battle with HYBE albeit not her fault but the drama and reputation she comes with is a lot

Cuz i was thinking MHJ wouldn't start this fight if she doesn't plan to start her company
But with her rumor of her bankruptcy and her putting all her money in the legal battle, does she have the ressources needed to create a new company ?
And if she does, after establish her company will she have enough money to give nj the opportunity to work with artist who will be able to maintain their brand and identity ?
Big companies will try to sign them even overseas one though I believe MHJ will start her own company and get investors instead.

But i think the risk of this is that koreans turn theor back on MHJ and end up thinking HYBE was right all along
Cuz when it all started HYBE defense was that she was doing all of these things to take NJ with her and make her own company
And that she already contacted investissor to make this whole plan
If it end up like this i'm afraid koreans end up saying that hybe was right

if the rumors about foreign funds from Singapore and Saudi Arabia were true then it won't be hard to get that fund for the start, and honestly they would just need to release one MV on single album in newly set agency to be able to get lots of money because they will probably sale like 1.5-2M copies of album
the real problem tho is that penalty clause
if it would be 200M USD then I wouldn't ever sign it
with 30-50M it's doable knowing that members themselves were paid 20M for last year of work

they have time to finish this legal battle with hybe until next year especially before bts comeback as a group, because when they comeback hybe would be at their full power.
people talk about penalty clause, investor, start new agency. when hybe can just said, we will fulfill the 7 years contract.
and even you manage to bring them to the court, they can always just drag the case for years.
why bother with 200m clause penalty when bts can get more than that in their next tour, it's not like they are in deficit like YG. but the chance to burry newjeans future for at least 5 years and benefit LSF illit and potentially their future GG is too good to pass on.

I believe they don't have a future. If the old man is as miserable and hateful as tokkies claim (And i believe he is) he will bury the group. I mean, im not nearly as evil as the old guy, but if a group humiliates me that much, i would find a way to get a revenge. Now, imagine this scenario with BSH.

Like literally if NJ stay in HYBE there's a big chance that HYBE will just try to get revenge on them by locking them in the dungeon
Or giving them the bare minimum in promotions and concept

well they need the rights to the songs and names & any other products with their 'brand' (Collab merch and all ig) and then contract termination fees no?
plus they could risk getting not necessarily blacklisted but facing more challenges shall they redebut as a group in the K-pop scene
granted I don't know much ab the situation except their new ultimatum & contract termination thing so idk

Yeah I doubt any company would like to have person like her that backstabs her own boss and owners in the company. And she also talks with "shamans"........
Probably will be difficult to be in the bussiness overal, people will probably be a bit careful to work with her/NJ if that means getting on the bad side with Hybe. But sure, working with NJ probably will be tempting for many also. But this will probably drag out and long time if they pick a fight with Hybe.
