2 billions streams over what time frame? Top pornstars will definitely earn more in the DTC market in a year than 2 billion streams on Spotify, especially if the artist generates that through a label and depending on the time frame from which the 2 billion accumulate.
Spotify, YouTube, and Apple steams are not inherently valuable. They are are basically giving away free music plays for less than an album sale, which is why touring is more valuable these days. Especially when you can just download these online streams with rudimentary knowledge. You can download the discographies of different groups at no cost and at higher qualities than YouTube and Spotify provide, so it's certainly not something super valuable. What's valuable is the reach and the potential to earn with touring that streams give in exposure.

Nobody really knows how much you get from streaming since there are a lot of factors, but it's absolutely not enough to live off of, even for somone as established as her. Granted, she does write most of her songs, which helps, but even then, she's never the only songwriter. A very generous figure that is sometimes cited is 2-3 million usd per billion streams, and if 80% of that goes to the record label--though maybe her split might be higher--splitting between the sometimes 5+ songwriters she's looking at like 200k usd if she's lucky, which is below poverty level over 10+ years. So definitely not surprising that she will make more from selling feet pictures.
