[UPDATE] DOD Entertainment have decided to terminate their contract with Jessi after just one month

Imagine getting dragged and hated, because of idiot men! This can only happen in South Korea! I don't care if she knows those guys or not, but you can see she politely refused to take pictures, the kid asked it again, the other guy wanted to attack him, but Jessi tried to stop him, TWICE! Then, she left.

I don't really get what people want more from her. I'm pretty sure everyone has a so called "friend(s)" whom are like this, always fighting, especially if they're drunk. Doesn't mean you're a bad person too. No one deserve to be dragged for something like this!

And now, as usual, AKP doing an interview with some random woman who want to talk about their issue from 2013, after she dropped all charges against Jessi.

Before you start mumbling, I don't defend anyone, I don't care about this, but I won't judge Jessi because of this, because I saw my own "friends" doing something like this MULTIPLE times when they were drunk, but I never even tried to stop them, because the next minute you're the one who's gonna get KO'd!

She may be picked the wrong friends, but she doesn't deserve this from Koreans! But I'm not surprised. If this is a man, no one would care.

Lol she isn't being blamed for "men" 🤡🤡 she's getting heat because her image and actions during the incident and afterwards. She puts on this tough hero gangster act but folds the second a fight happens, not blaming her it makes sense she's a woman and despite what some people say the genders are NOT equal there's plenty of things either does better than the other. She's getting flack for stating she didn't know the assailant, that's BS this is the entertainment industry and you are a celebrity NOBODY hangs around you personally without you knowing who they are and if it's a friend of a friend trust me this person was vetted by your friend and your friend knows them personally. After this she and her group goes to another bar to continue drinking despite being involved in a crime an hour ago. Her nor her group attempted to call the police or reconcile with the teen. Then once confronted suddenly nobody knows who this "Chinese" producer friend is and he just came outta nowhere?🤡

You know idols get blamed for breathing differently let alone having " friends that act like this most celebrities worth their salt wouldn't keep people around their inner circle just because of shit like this can happen and damage your reputation.

We don't know what the kid said but I assume not much as the first guy got aggressive the moment he walked up. Plus Jessi said she just denied his request, she likely would have mentioned him saying something offensive or something to warrant this behavior. The other CCTV footage shows him bow and begin to back away and then a moment afterwards he's attacked. It's safe to assume he did nothing to warrant getting sucker punched

Anyway, the police should investigate those men, not her. This Korean mentality is weird. I didn't see anyone asking them to apologize, maybe it happened, I don't know, but in Korea it's a basic thing that even kids have to be blamed for the mistake of their relatives, or in this case because of their friends.

They are investigating her because she knows them and the people responsible for the crime fled. How else are they supposed to find them without interviewing people close to them? she got dragged because, even though she did make an attempt to de-escalate, she immediately brushed off the incident and acted like nothing happened. It's already hard enough to accumulate fans as a mid tier celeb...she doesn't give one fuck about them.

No offense, but gender problems are very much a real problem in Korea. They still live in the Joseon Era.

Trust me, if she's a guy, no one would mention this. Her being a woman and not 100% Korean is a massive factor.

Just look at those rapists and abuser male celebs. They don't get the same treatment in Korea, not to mention, the Law is actually protecting them. What is the biggest punishment a rapist can get in SK? 3-5 years? The law in SK is like a law in The SIMS game. Nonexistent.

Lol like I said this isn't a gender issue as other members clearly pointed out. This level of scrtunity happens to everyone who is a celebrity hell it happens to us normal people in Korea because our society is very judgemental.

As for the law for sex crimes? The maximum sentence for rape is 25 to life.

All you see is a rare snippet of criminal charges from kpop sites. Everyone isn't getting a few yrs. Jeez if the legal system was clearly giving EVERYONE a free pass I think these crimes would be 99% of the population but it clearly isn't
