Yea it took a few listens but I find myself jamming to it now. While it may not have been produced by Teddy himself, this is the same experience I've had with many of BPs songs as well. Even HYLT I thought was meh but eventually became one of my favorites by them. I would've liked to see more of a vocal display from the group but we got enough to see some potential.

First off, the song just comes in hard af, but I really enjoy the rap verse and the part with the girl on the dirtbike in the beginning (idk all names yet). That "match my energy" line is living in my head as well as "wons and yens and dollas" lol. I think the only part of the song I truly don't like is the "meow" in the chorus, could've gone without that.

They would have the criticism about BP 2.0 as well but I think they should have commited to it and have a party ending or some sort of climax. It lacked something and felt a bit flat.

OMG same! love this song it's definitely a grower. I like their vibe more then baemon, they fit girl crush concept much better too.
