If I'm reading this right, 1st row is how many 1st and 2nd votes they got.
2nd row is how many 1st votes.

TWICE is still the 5th most loved girl group according to the survey. It's just tough competition when it comes to the most iconic Kpop songs according to Koreans.

The methodology is wrong. Each singer was only given one single choice, probably the song which was ranked the highest in gallup.
Big Bang's BBB was more popular than lies.
NJ's Hybe boy is still relevant, Ditto much less.
And Lee Jieun's Through the Night is likely to be the only song which will be sung 20 years from now, out of all of these, but not included. She no longer sings Good Day.
