Who still thinks MHj will win this battle ?

Newjeans has a lot of potential and they are loved by everyone. + MHJ has a lot of connections in kpop industry.

This is do or die situation for mhj and newjeans and they will fight with everything they have got.

People often compare newjeans+mhj with fiftyfifty when they have nothing in common, newjeans has full public support and all the members have lots of potential and are very famous, they will not have problem finding financial backing in their fight against hybe, also hybe has been non-stop taking Ls in court.

Have faith ! MHJ hasn't reveal her cards yet, she also has the best lawyers in the country. Don't jump the gun like those HYBE stans who ran their mouths before the injunction verdict saying she'll be in jail only for it to blow up in their face

The more he attacks newjeans the more proof of hostility and mistreatment newjeans will have to present in court against hybe.

No one in their right mind believes that MHJ has much of a chance now that all the revelations are coming to light. The removal of the CEO means she has lost all the power she once held, and it's unlikely she'll ever regain that position. Ador 2.0 is just restructuring, and within a year, it will be completely revamped.

They can't go after HYBE without risking damage to ADOR, which could lead to a counter-lawsuit from ADOR. They need to provide evidence that ADOR has mistreated them over the years.

I am happy she is fired. I just want my girls to be free and 😊 happy. Even if that means leaving Hybe. I blame Hybe and MHJ for all the misfortunes of new jeans.

Yes, if it were that simple, NewJeans would likely not pursue action against ADOR, let alone HYBE.

While it may seem that ADOR is merely acting as a HYBE puppet, it's important to remember that NewJeans' contract is with ADOR. To prove mistreatment, they would need clear evidence of how ADOR, the entity they have a contract with, has failed in its obligations or acted inappropriately. Currently, ADOR 2.0 is focused on addressing the issues left behind by MHJ, including IP protection of their artist and a reinvestigation into workplace harassment which occurred earlier this year. Seems they have nothing to go after here. Tour and album will happen around 2025 as planned since restructuring going to take some time to get everything in place.

I don't know if people is stupid or not? Hybe owns about 80 % of Ador, so Ador is more or less a part of Hybe.

It's no point to call them different companies and pretend they are fighting each other. Hybe created NewJeans, they have a contract with NewJeans, even if it's through Ador. It's pretty much pointless to make a difference between them. Only really difference is that Hybe don't get all the profit but must share it with the other 20 % owners.

Well. I think she already won. She will leave, and the girls will go with her. Unless ofc they betray MHJ.

this isnt a lost for her or hybe but the group that is middle of them
