Actually, the misinterpretation of the whole situation is insane. He never said anything about bowing either. He always talking about many situations (Mubank Paris was just one of many he went through) where he was greeting some people (Like, saying 'hi', 'hello') and being completed ignored.
People spread the 'bowing' thing because IVE was already being hated on Tiktok and Twitter about not bowing while passing by senior idols, so they just decided Bang Chan HAD to be talking about IVE in one way or another because his experiences were fiting their narrative to hate on IVE.

The major problem is that actually A LOT of kpop stans flooded Ive members sns to write hateful comments and demanding them to apologize to Skz and stuff like that and created hateful tiktoks. It became so bad that now any idol that is rumored to be "rude" without any mention of names kpop stans already think it's Ive.
