i always find the sales of kpop gorups to be suspicious from the recent years, except for bts and blackpink. So i think they will do fine or sell more

If there are four reasonably priced versions - 6 million in the first year.

It really depends if Big Hit release it like a regular album or market it some as a special album like Be or Proof.

5 mill. Army seem to be motivated from what I've seen.

I'm gonna say around 4M. Bighit doesn't do fancalls for them anymore and with the way their solo albums have been packaged, I see the new album having 3 versions max (2 physical, 1 digital). Possibly a vinyl later after release, but that won't affect sales too much.
