They moved in 2018 so yeah about 6 years old. I thought that was pretty fast too but now seeing the design I won't complain that my faves get that building instead
also they should be able to sell the old one for a pretty high priceI think the architect placed it as an LCD screen yes, now we have to see if they'll keep that in the final design. It would be cool though. I can imagine the idols posting pics on some terrace, with the big screen behind wishing them happy birthday

Yes, it is possible, but definitely cost much more money than what is necessary, so it will depend on how much JYPE wants to show off lol. I think there will be some modifications, but who knows

I kept thinking the design reminded me of something, and then it hit me—it kind of has that tropical modern vibe, like some of the stuff I saw on https://zalezarchitecture.com/…ez-costa-rica-architects/ . They play with open spaces and natural flow in a really cool way too. Maybe K-pop companies are leaning more into these clean, creative aesthetics to reflect their brand identities better.
