I just post as normal, and the akorns are just a bonus that I get to use to customize things

We didn't have Akorns in old AKP, so idk
People would still spam tho, we've had threads literally DEDICATED to spamming, so I feel like we'd see an increase of that if they were allowed in the new AKP
On the old AKP, we could change our aesthetics and get badges based on post count and trophy points. Not Akorns.

this reminds me of when i first joined and started to make threads someone claimed that i was “begging for akorns” and at the time i didnt know what they were or how the were used so it seemed odd that i was “begging” when all i said was “im new here”

now how does that work...users who accuse every single person of "begging for akorns" are just as annoying as the people actually begging. i've seen a couple of ur threads and they didn't seem like akorn begging to me

I think so. I personally don’t know what all the fuss is about with them and why everyone has to beg for them. They’re just points to me which I’ve earned from my posts and I don’t use them as there’s nothing particularly I want to purchase. They’re could’ve been a better way to earn points than silly nuts imo,
