I've never donated to a forum site since my purpose was to join and post in threads.
Also, the perks/benefits never enticed me to donate.
So, I am fine with not paying for the AllKill VIP Lounge because I see no difference to the regular Lounge section outside of paying and benefits.
Nobody talks in the AllKill VIP Lounge.
I'm not wasting money for a Forum, especially because we don't get any meaningful things for our money. Only visuals, and I don't really care about that. All those design elements should be free. Or at least we should have an option to add our own Badges, for example. There's a LOT of artist, groups that doesn't have any badge. I'm a designer too, I would love to make some badge, but I don't see the reason, because I can't use it anyway.
Also, you can block the ads too, even on mobile if you use Firefox.

Just depends on what you're here for. I am here to talk about my faves and bullshit with people. allkill is nice for the 500 akorn bonus, the extra aesthetics etc. if you're not into that, then you don't need it. it's not that big of a deal really. Most people are here for kpop that's where the activity is, that's where they are going to go. Unless you're a multi into several genre's/groups, like myself, then that's not unexpected. I post in jpop, asian entertainment, and the kpop sections.

Having said that, I’d rather spend money on sometimes donating to those that are in need, and a lot of the times for irl stuff.
