I didn't know SKZ were resting because they always seems to be working and releasing music.
Moments where all of them are on break are rare moments to witness even as a fan. Some of them are workaholic and they keep working even when the agency give them breaks...
But maybe they took it serious now, since they will start a world tour soon. So far, from the updates we had from themselves

Han was sick and recovering during the break, but he said he's doing well now
