Hoo boy then you have no idea how big Yujin is in Korea and Japan then. Wonyoung is astronomically popular out there but Yujin is LINED up with brands. When they do variety shows she's the primary lead, she's hosted shows. I'd argue IVE employs both of them as their 1-2 punch, so its not as egregious as Karina's popularity vs the other girls in aespa.

Counter argument: She isn't even the undisputed most popular member in her own group let alone in comparison to others, its Haerin - unlike WY and karina.
But I agree with other posters here, WY isn't the only one that's popular in IVE - Yujin is quite huge too and even in IZONE they had The Sakura but still she managed to be the more popular one there too (but have to acknowledge that it was Jap vs Korean member). Rei and Liz are underdogs - starship need to put some effort there.
Karina has some competition in group with Winter but she is definitely the more popular one.
We can kick Minji out of NJs and NJs will still be popular. She doesn't bring much to the table.
