Like you do realise that you're throwing shade at the members themselves and they wouldn't be very happy with that.
If that's what you want to do then go hard but you're not just shading the company just remember that. You're also shading the members who may have had control over it or input.

It's just that fans disguise it as bashing the company to voice their concern with the music or comeback.

You might as well say it like that. If the artists themselves read your words they're gonna get offended because it's their group and there's a chance they also chose the material. We don't know for sure.
I agree the members of these various groups poured their souls into this and literally blood sweat and tears. Many people do not understand how unforgiving and hard the industry is. Having the people that should care about you the most quietly betray you cuts deeper than any knife
Like if your mother turned her back on you in your most needed time. Criticism of agencies and stuff is a good thing but fans need to understand what is valid and isn't valid. When it comes to alot of the music choices most don't know who made those decisions it could very well be the idols that made the song. And sadly they see the double standards from fans. Clearly a member of a group could post something cute and the fans will go crazy for it even if its something ridiculous. But id the company posted it that same thing would be met with indifference or even hate. So yes the idols are aware of what you do.
