Baekhyun (31, real name Byun Baek-hyun) from the group EXO has established a company named 'I&B100'.

According to corporate registration documents obtained by TenAsia on the 3rd, the name of the company established by Baekhyun has been confirmed as 'I&B100'. Baekhyun has completed all the formalities, including registering as the CEO and internal director of the company. The company was established on June 23 last year. This means that he had effectively finished setting up the company before the issue of his re-signing with SM Entertainment (hereafter SM) emerged last August. After re-signing with SM last year, Baekhyun plans to carry out activities 'separately but together' with both SM and his personal company. Chen and Xiumin, who share Baekhyun's vision, are also expected to join and be active in this company.

Earlier, on August 8 last year, Baekhyun revealed in a live broadcast on his Instagram that "I plan to operate my own company and SM has positively agreed to this." Understaffing is usually due to cost cutting by companies. Not because there is less people or talent available. These two issues have no correlation.
