I got into K-pop last year, so I can't say I like IU, SHINee and SNSD because I'm nostalgic.

You are right, they are 1st.

I guess that people mention Psy bc GS was released during 2011-12 and before it, Psy was underground rapper (I think).

For Boa idk... She is definitely 1st and idk in what way she can be 2nd.
