But K-pop has a lot of gay fans in general so its hard to pinpoint the gayest ones.

Those were definitely the big ones, along with some WJSN members - constantly rated top in the LGBT polls.

I've never seen much noise from the LGBT stans for Itzy or Somi

Maybe it's a 4th/5th gen thing but ZB1 has a fairly big LGBT community on their fandom at least in the i-fandom side. And not only gays but LGBT females as well

Also, groups like Stray Kids, the Boyz, BTS that have spoken up for gay people tend to have part of the fandom be vocal about this.

Recently Twice also seems to gain in lesbian fans.
