Rain Company announces the future activities of CIIPHER

On August 9th, Rain Company announced the future activities of boy group CIIPHER. The agency said, "After sufficient discussion, we respected the wishes of each member, and under the agreement of both sides, members Tan, Tag, Dohwan, and Won will officially wrap up their activities as of today."

Regarding the remaining members, Hwi, Hyunbin, and Keita, the agency said, "The remaining 3 members of CIIPHER plan to continue their individual activities and reorganize their team in the future. First of all, Keita is about to hold his first fan meeting in Japan in August, and all three of them will continue to meet fans through various projects."

Moreover, the agency clarified, "We would like to inform you once again that the above was decided after a long period of mutual respect and sufficient discussion, reflecting the members' personal reasons and opinions."

CIIPHER debuted in March 2021 and first caught attention as a boy group produced by singer-actor Rain. In 2023, member Keita participated in 'Boys Planet,' while Hyunbin joined 'Fantasy Boys.'

Please this is the 2nd boygroup you have destroyed rain...just stop

yes please. he sais the remaining 3 members will do solo activities and regroup later..pfft maybe they can't leave 'cause of their solo activities idk keita about to do that new group that was named blit but it's been changed to EVVNE. Like Rain had talent in his group and he fumbled it.

BLIT is still a group they just changed their name to EVVNE or something weird like that. So Keita is still gonna be out there. I love Keita, he's amazing and i have ALWAYS SAID rain should let HIM do more. because his writing and producing skills are top notch.

I don't even think it was really in the right direction...they debuted at the same time as Mirae and Mirae blew them into space....They had a great song in Joker on their 2nd album...of course people like that happy, youthful sound, while i prefer songs like Joker. Either way...they had the potential to do more...but Rain just didn't...Rain doesn't know what he's doing...3rd time was not a charm lol

ohhhh i agree...I was hyped for their debut and that fell flat and then they started getting better but their latest album didn't do it at all for me...I actually stopped following them after that one....Sorry i'm a bit slow today lol
