The forum has a few staff members who are part of the badge team: crystalblues, Ibby, and 3ne. They are typically responsible for organizing LE (Limited Edition) events and releasing LE badges. They also decide if a group receives static badges. Currently, they are working on third-generation badges for groups that had the highest sales of second-generation badges.
The New Jeans guild has the option to pay "akorns" to create exclusive guild gif badges, which only guild members can use. The guild owners are responsible for making these decisions.
There is a specific process for creating static badges. To learn about the process or inquire about New Jeans static badges, it's best to ask the staff members directly. At the moment, Crystal is managing LE events, as indicated by the banner at the top. 3NE has been very sick, and Ibby is likely occupied with other badge events and uploads.
It never hurts to ask if it’s possible to get the badges or you can participate in the next forum-wide events and try to win, as they sometimes offer the option to create new badges.

So for gif badges there are two options:
- The owner of your guild could purchase a guild badge commission which then will be added to the shop for all members to buy
- Or you would wait for an LE event including New Jeans! We have hosted 3 in the past. Supernatural may get one if it keeps charting on Oricon. Right now there are 6 events that are set to go live over the next couple months and we are constantly evaluating what is trending/charting for possible new LE events.
Edit: if your guild owner were to buy one: the guild badge would appear here!

It is up to the guild to decide what they want. I already offered to make one when the badge option was purchased and I see crystalblues has as well, but the guild needs to get together to decide theme/ scenes etc
