So they can assign them to the Low or Mid Tier knowing the Votes ahead of time, if they like the Girl with low votes just move her to Mid Tier to avoid manipulation
So the only way voters can influence the results is if the Girl is if their pick is in the 3 Highest Vote getters, damn they are making Mnets constant Vote manipulation look tame by comparrison

I don't think out voting matter at all
it will probably matter for last one trainee which will be added as 7th or something
And each round the number of contestants in each Tier reduces by 1
So after next round where we already know who is eliminated there will be 5 in Low Tier and 3 eliminated
So even if a Girl the show wants eliminated has the 3rd highest Votes they can still eliminate them by placing the 2 highest vote getters in Low Tier with them
So the only way someone makes this final group that the show runners don't want is if they literally get Top 2 Votes this current round we are voting on and literally the Top Votes every remaining round thereafter WOW
So yeah Fans getting one contestant in on votes is actually the Maximum possible in this system and even that is impossible assuming they can get one of their 6 show picks as the Fan voter winner for just one round with Evil/Angel Edits
They are making Mnet look like Newbies to this whole show Rigging business, literally the perfect Rigged system
