I can't understand how can people even drink coke zero

Regular coke has sugar, Coke Zero has aspartame. One makes you fat and the other can potentially cause cancer (according to the WHO). Neither are good but if I was forced to choose I would take the sugary one.

I don't understand how people can drink normal coke, nasty stuff imo as is all soft drink. Nothing wrong with plain old water.
