Depends whom you're comparing to. Among big company visual oriented groups they are certainly the most talented.

But compared to mid tier agencies who compensate visuals with talent, they are so so.

Both of them are good. Nmixx are great singers and dancers, the rap was the only lacking part.

Nmixx aside, Hwiseo is a great performer, she deserves more praise (at least she got some recognition with queendom)

Look at NMIXX's live vocals being compared to a pre-recorded video, and they are not even losing.

I agree. But let's be fair, this is the case for absolutely all the groups that start with the big agencies. I still remember the discussions when ITZY started, then Aespa, then Lesserafim, then NMIXX, Newjeans... and that was already the case before too. Now they even do it for groups that haven't even started yet like Babymonsters.

nmixx's worst vocalist sounds 100x better than that in studio
