Will Super Shy "out-unique-listener" I AM? This is the million dollar question.

It's a tall order, and for any other group, i would say it would be impossible. But we all know how trendy New Jeans is and we all know they will explode come Monday when Korea returns to work.

Can they topple Ive from #1 and retake the crown as the #1 act in Korea?

I think it will not.

one thing I notice with NJ songs is they don't really have peak unique listeners, but their songs keep people listening for a longer period of time.

I think hype boy or Ditto will outlive Kitsh, I am maybe harder though.

Not sure of the data of weekend releases and their impact on peak UL numbers for songs, but it can't help.

We'll have to wait and see. Their full EP is also dropping on a Friday so.

I wasn't expecting an 1PM release so I don't really know the power for this type of release from NJ.

So, we have to wait to see if the song pick up later on.

I'm more curious about Spotify.

I say no, as although NJs songs are viral they do not have as good "marketing".

There seems to be JUST enough knetz not really digging the track to make me think it won't beat IAM

the low first 24h uls is bc super shy was released on friday at noon instead of on monday in the evening like all the other songs mentioned in the op. Op purposefully ignored this fact for his “comparison” lol

The fact It is a friday release makes a difference. We have yet to see next week how the reception will be. They will also starting promoting

About the OP, I don't know. I didn't even know I Am's peak until now to begin with, since I don't follow IVE's stats.
