First Roe v. Wade now affirmative action. It's scary that the government facilitates societal regression like this and it's disheartening to watch decades of progress reversed in a second.
does american parliament or whatever it is called there can't do anything against these decisions??. and how come all the judges are like minded??
here we need 2/3 majority in parliament to make amendments in constitution or to make new laws. but in our country, right now only supreme court is making reasonable decisions 
People don't vote because they want to seem above it all, and that is why Trump won in 2016.
He put a majority in the Supreme court of conservatives and now they can do whatever the f they want.
And then people will not turn up to vote next time because 'they're all the same'.

Three empty seats came up during Trump's presidency and he nominated conservative judges.
Now the conservatives have the power to do shit like this because they have the majority since then.
No empty seat has come up during Biden's presidency, so he had not been able to nominate anyone.

I agree only how easily Supreme Court nominees get approved. Not long ago Dems changed the rules during their majority in the Senate. Changing nomination threshold from 60% to simple majority 50%+. Motivation was Dems wanted to pass stuff easier, faster. Senate minority GOP got shoved aside with no say in the matter. GOP said the Dems will "Rue the Day" changing these rules. Rules that preserved minority influence from majority tyranny.
Like the Last part of the Game where the next score breaks the tie and wins the game. Trump made the winning score. It5 could've been any President, timing was in play.

But, you see, the Democrats have now had fifty years and multiple opportunities with simultaneous control of the House, Senate, and Presidency to pass a Federal law codifying Roe v. Wade in all fifty states.
They have never dared to do so.

There are a lot more Republicans who are quite literally neo-Nazis than there are Democrats who are communists. I'm convinced most people who cry "communism!" over every political stance they disagree with wouldn't even be able to define communism.

It has a lot to do with Trump. Who do you think selected these people for the court? Why do you think that article you linked to has an entire section on Trump and his administration, and even mentions him in the opening paragraphs?
