For me personally, NCT U~ Boss is does not vibe with me well . In fact, it is probably my least favorite NCT song.
The same goes for BTS ~ Stay Gold, Stay Gold was not that memorable to me as much as Your Eyes Tell.
Oneus has an amazing discography (if not the best) in my opinion
Visuals matter, may not matter to some, but let's face it, the first thing you see when meeting/seeing someone is their outward appearance. It is not only the companies that care about this, but also fans themselves.
*I feel as if these days, companies don't want the cookie cutter "beauty standard", they want something more unique. Though this really all depends on what the company is looking for*
