Why do people find the need to drag other people faves just because they drag yours? Wtf did their faves do to you?

It's kinda understandable. Personally, I think the problem starters are more at faults.

You don't drag others' favs and expect them to not drag your favs back. The world doesn't work like that so let's not kid ourselves. Unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world where everyone is a saint lol.

I think at some point it just takes empathy to understand why each party feels or think the other way. It’s easier to dismiss the other users why they react and think they are overreacting than understand why they feel/think a certain way

What gets me the most is that you're not just revenge shading another user's fav, you're including every other fan of that person who isn't involved in that petty garbage. Thus you've become exactly as awful as the person who shaded your fav in the first place. To everyone else, you're just two people being assholes. If you feel triggered by people shading your favs, why would a bystander seeing you shade their favs feel any different?

It doesn't happen too much. People keep supporting users that do it often though

I’ve never bashed a group on here but some fans really give me the irrits. They are so childish and get upset over the slightest inference. In the end I’ve just learned the only way to deal with them is to block them.

In addition to what OP has posted, I also want to share something I observed. At times, some post or threads are actually neutral (maybe about the best dancer or vocal etc), but there will always be someone who felt shaded on behalf of (idols/users/even company lol).

I feel like some just need to take a step back and don’t take anything personally. Not everything is a shade or an attack. Imagine living like that, being suspicious of everything. It must not be good for your heart.

Don’t let akp be a stressful place. It’s your escape from real life, make it a happy place. If it’s not, maybe you should leave akp for a while.

*and I promise this is not a shade to a particular user, no one is that special. Many users are like that, even me sometimes
