Playlisting only helps if people love your song. Just look at all the TTH listed songs, did every songs blew up like newjeans? Of course good playlisting helps but just to an extent.

Just admit newjeans songs are appealing to many gp and move on with your life. It’s not hard.

I think i got like, Midnights, the new Lana album, and some smaller artists I genuinely want to be informed about like Thundercat etc. It normally follows my listening habits so idk what happened with disturbia's notification, it's pretty funny

That's weird, I never get any of these, never covering the app like that and its always a normal notification telling me an artist i like released something new. It may be because i use the premium version, i didnt knew it was like that to others

Yeah i use premium as well and am only ever shown artists that I already listen to. Weirdest one was like Drake one time but i used to listen to drake a lot like 4 years ago ig
