well they've just opened Dear U Bubble for Lightsum yesterday
and they also opened it for (G)I-DLE as well this means they didn't give up totally on girls
altought won't be surprised if they will rebrand them, by them I of course mean Lightsum

they remove two underage members
so no one or some fans will never complain about sexuality of the underage idols
it a win win situation
afterall it a good strategy

I think they are now just sprinting with that new group kind of speeding up the process and maybe Soyeon herself had said in it because she praised trainees she said something that she can't wait for their debut.
But overall
CLC - 2015
(G)I-DLE - 2018
Lightsum - 2021
new group - 2023 - would just be a "speed up" of one year in their usual process of debuting groups

I also prefer to see them removed than seeing them doing inappropriated concepts for their age If they are minors and these are really the agency's plans.
But in my opinion, they should've gone with this concept since the beginning and only debutting adults or sticking to their initial plans for the group.

They will keep debuting ggs till they finally get a new hit gg(which i doubt happening) on whome company could depend on incase gidle decides to not renew or leave the company. At the moment cube is dangerously dependent on gidle and gidle is single-handedly carrying the whole company since all the other cube groups are flopping.
So they going to debut a new nugu after debuting a nugu?

The problem is that not all groups will be successful early in their career such as (G)I-DLE and B2ST...
If they give up so soon everytime they need to make an effort to grow their groups' popularity like It's, apparently, happening to Lightsum, It will be both a waste of time and money debuting multiple groups back to back until one is lucky enough to be successful as rookies.
"Cube Entertainment is planning to introduce a team of rookie boy groups and girl groups this year." could also mean they are going to introduce a predebut channel for rookies. I don't think they would debut 2 groups within the next 6 months?
