If we look at KPOP as a whole, it is important since idol groups usually don't last long in the industry. But if I said by their role, even without good visual, a group can work pretty well if they have good main vocalist and dancer.

Yes, taking in consideration the economic factor its a important role, but, when talking about the fandoms themselves, people might end up giving more attention to that member, as that specific member is elected by their company the most beautiful, which leads to the other ones been kind of forgotten

But if I said by their role, even without good visual, a group can work pretty well if they have good main vocalist and dancer.
That's true. Skill wise the group would be fine without visuals as visuals do not often contribute that big in the talent department most of the time.
