Honestly, I thought the song was clean and well-rounded. It’s a chill song that’s perfect for summer 2023. Plus, it showcases Jisoo’s vocal range perfectly.
I understand why people might think it’s empty, but I wouldn’t go as far as saying that it’s “bad”.
It honestly gives me a similar vibe to Jennie’s ‘SOLO’, and that song received lots of love, so what’s with the ‘FLOWER’ hate? 
the song is cute, what did people expect? it's exactly what I thought jisoo would put out, I like all eyes on me more, but flower is just a spring song? she did what she had to do. 
I don't think she is getting that much hate from international fans though even if there are some calling it a boring song
I also see many people defending her and saying how much it suits jisoo and how addictive the song is.
I've seen negative but positive comments as well I actually expected more polarizing opinions it's not that bad at least Koreans seem to like it. flower and solo might have similar structure but sonically is very different.
I dont think it deserves hate but the problem is, the song is pretty much everything her detractors says about her: it’s low effort and bland. It’s not a bad song but it’s also not interesting. And by the way, I thought the same about Jennies Solo.

Lisa is my bias. I love the girl. An elite talent.
Money is a far more disappointing song to me. It did great on the charts yes, but I think it's a painfully generic rap song that is only lifted by Lisa's immense talent and swagger. What I have to give Flower is that it at least feels true to Jisoo's personality/image. There's actual character to the song.
Sorry, the singles YG gave to Lisa still grinds my gears.
its actually been stuck in my head and i would say its my fave out of all the bp solos, the instrumental after she finishes her line sounds like a flume song
