Is It Mnet that choose the songs for the trainees to perform on Boys Planet?

I don't know how It works, If It's the contestants choice, but this one wasn't a good idea.

God's Menu is already a hard song to perform on It's own - from Stray Kids' most popular songs is the least covered for a reason - and they are rapping not even in their native language, since they are foreigners. It seems like a set up.

It's probably a set up for entertainment purposes or maybe because they are not the "chosen" ones by mnet?

I'm not really surprised If Its a set up, especially since they are foreigners. I saw Mnet is aiming, on BP, for a equal treatment and want a group where the chosen members will be equally distribucted in terms of nationality, but we know in reality, It never happens.

So, even though the agencies prepare something in advance, they still have to perform what Mnet imposes last minute? This is terrible.
