(fan calls) Please STOP Bringing Your "Fantasies" Of A Idol Being A Certain Sexuality Into Real Life

  • Idk if the person asking was gay/bisexual or if they themselves assumed Yeonjun was a certain sexuality, so they wanted his opinion on it.

But either way, we need to get back to the basics and starting praising idols for their music and talents.

There's a lot of jokes, and most I've seen aren't jokes, of Yeonjun being called "twinks", calling him a " she", saying how feminine he is, and talk about him liking boys...I mean I've seen it all about Yeonjun man..and crazy thing is, these "fans" be foreal too thinking this way.

  • i might be misunderstanding here, but i don't think they asked if he was a part of the lgbtq+ community, they asked his opinions on it. don't get me wrong, i'm not saying this is a better question.

it's an odd question to ask, it can make people uncomfortable to be asked that type of questions, especially so directly, and no other answer than "yeah i support it" would have been accepted by fans and the general public.

  • Fangirls going crazy when no one even assumed his sexuality. The fear of their oppa potentially not being into them (under the implausible circumstance that it would ever be an option for them) drives them to jump to conclusions so fast.

Asking him how he feels about the community is a bit strange but nothing was assumed.

You are assuming he would have a negative opinion about the LGBT community though by your statement that he would be called homophobic if he stated “how he really felt”. You don’t even know his real opinion since he hasn’t said it. Lol

Your defending fans asking idols these type of questions? Okay.

And im not upset at anything, but i do know that ive seen the most vile stuff said about yeonjun and involving his sexuality.

Just like with that him and Yunjin dating thing, people couldnt actually believe he could actually have a girlfriend and be taken.

All i seen was comments about how he likes guys, and he dont even look at girls like that etc...and they was dead serious too.

Idk man, but fans need to stop making idols try to fit the agenda they want them to have

  • I think of all the things to ask, it’s a strange just, but the question itself didn’t assume anything nor even ask him about his own sexuality. I don’t support assuming anyone’s sexuality to be gay OR straight (or bi).

I did see an issue with you assuming his true feelings would be homophobic. Unless he has specifically said those kinds of things in the past.

I do agree that fangirls would never be able to accept their oppa being taken, whether it be by a girl, guy, whatever. It’s the same scenario as they being LGBT. Removes the fantasy of being together one day. My point from before.

  • What is wrong with asking him about LGBT community? If idols are going to be promoting world wide they’re are going to be asked this question. It doesn’t matter what Koreans think they’re the ones who pushed kpop globally so they will have to re think their conservative ways.

He wasn’t even asked if he was gay but what he thought of the LGBT community. Kpop should stop promoting globally if they can’t answer this simple question. Yes people will ask about the LGBT and if you can’t say you support them you have no business promoting globally. And if you get hate for not being able to answer such question once again that is the fault of the group and the company and not the fan.

If my favs are asked do they support the LGBT and they can’t answer I will think low of them. No two ways about it.

Imagine thinking you can be so big globally and still retain the conservative fear of the LGBT kpop is going to have a rude awakening. And I hope more and more people put idols in such spots and companies and idols quickly learn how not to be raging bigots.

He was asked what he thinks about LGBT… it’s kinda weird because if you are a fan you know he does respect it, he voiced it already, he enjoys genderless fashion and likes his fanboys just as much as his fan girls so calling him homophobic is funny. At the same time now I’m thinking there might be a Moa out there who feel better seeing this.

Antis try to grab everything they can to drag him. When a fanboy shouted on a fan meeting and he shouted back I love you and sending hearts antis we’re calling him twink and gay so whatever he does it’s always a problem for them.

I don’t understand both party. Some want op to delete it because they will drag him. Grow a fucking spine and defend him instead of asking op to delete it. Some people might need that small message.

    :pepe-shrug:

I don’t understand why anybody would drag him over this either but then I don’t know what’s going on haters mind.
