Both! I don't understand why so many things are dwiddled down to having to choose one over the other?

i find ramen more customizable and easy to make. though i have to say i barely cook and haven't eaten pho too many times

I really like both but maybe ramen a bit more (it's probably just a sentimental thing though my grandma makes amazing ramen)

So hard, both are delicious, but gonna have to go Pho.

I haven't tried making Ramen...not the quick ones. Will need to learn one day.

real ramen is god damn good with all the toppings

BUT

PHO just hits anytime anywhere. you add that hot sauce and hoisin sauce. it just hits!!!!

Its a tie but if I were to compare local shops, i.e. local pho shop vs local ramen shop, then pho wins out by a little. the local ramen shop's price really eats into the experience imo (the pho shop also has 2x-3x serving size compared to the ramen shop)

Since that's not really a consideration comparing the foods themselves its a hard tie lol.
