For the Korean Lunar New Year of 2023 and the Chinese Lunar New Year of 2023, it is the year of the rabbit.

Ador should have given the mention of the year of the bunny not to Hanni but to a Korean member of the group to avoid the scenario of making people said that Hanni is a traitor to the Vietnamese people.

Here in Australia it's only been very recently that the term Lunar New Year has started getting widespread use. Before this, it's mostly been Chinese New Year/CNY, and surprisingly, the term Lunar New Year confuses some Australians still. Even official news sources here still try and mix the terms by calling it Chinese Lunar New Year

I don't like that they mix the terms by calling it Chinese Lunar New Year. It's even worse to mix the terms for me. They should better use the term "Lunar New Year" for talking about the Lunar New Year celebration from the different ethnicities (Chinese, Vietnamese, Koreans, Ruuchuu, Mongols, Bhutanese and Tibetans) celebrating the Lunar New Year.

When talking specifically about the ethnic X Lunar New Year then call it the ethnic X Lunar New Year as each lunar new year is has similarities but also differences by the ethnicities celebrating the Lunar New Year.

People are so crazy. It's been called Chinese New Year in my country for so many years because it's the biggest celebration for the Chinese community. It's easy to make that mistake cause it's a biggest thing for the Chinese community and the biggest population in the world is in China. Why the fuss? People are si crazy sensitive nowadays that you can't even fart in public.

I always called it Chinese New Year, my whole life i called it that.

It's a shame Hybe had Danielle remove it and apologize for it, just to preempt musty Knetz snowflakes who are even worse than SJWs sometimes with their ridiculous obsession and complex about anything related to China. Because now, by removing it, Hybe has to worry about Cnetz getting all bent out of shape in return, and jeopardizing some of the 400k in album sales that NJ got from C Bars.

Sigh...
