i've had to watch those kinds of videos about "equality in the workplace" but they never showed stuff like that. maybe make a suggestion that the video should be different so it's not uncomfortable for people to watch -

Sometimes I feel like there's this pressure to be overly nice to people just so they'll treat you decently. Like you have to be warm or encouraging to people or else you'll get labelled as anti social or rude. Nobody can just be decent to each other; you have to make friendships with people you don't even like. It's especially hard as a girl because everybody expects you to be more kind than your male peers.

Id rather someone be themselves then try too hard or be fake for attention. You be you! Everyone has good days and bad days. I cant stand people who are fake or try too hard. people will accept you as you are or they aren't worth your time. True people will accept you and your flaws. Being over the top nice just screams condescending to me.
