I don't know if the term is right but...
big eyes
tall nose
blonde, ginger, brown hair
not to mention going crazy when someones eye color isn't dark brown/black but instead is blue, gray, green, hazel, amber...

ok but the "big eyes" thing hardly stems from europeans imo. there are asian people with big eyes too. usually its eyes like this that are the "standard" in that category
anyway, wanting these things does not mean someone wants to be european. featurism is a thing, yes, and it is true that many people want features they don't have for whatever reason. but i think the framing of this thread kinda misses the mark. we could have a serious convo about these trends instead of jesting about it.
Korea will always be affected by the legacy of the Korean War and American occupation. They're one of the few countries that still seem to openly be grateful for what the US did to defend them from Communist invasion and to rebuild the country afterwards. Like many countries after WWII, Korea was a huge importer of American culture, and the US made TRILLIONS exporting it to Korea and every 3rd and 4th world country in the world.
So yes. The obsession with white skin is a vestige of something that happened way before white people came to Korea (white skin was associated with royalty and education, tan skin was associated with subsistence farming and laboring), but all the other things you name like small face, big eyes, button noses or tall noses, strong jaws, height, long legs, etc are definitely associated with American influence.
