Slippers and a dressing gown indoors if we're not using heating. Using less heating is more important given recent prices.

I always try to keep my feet warm. The body looses heat the fastest over the hands, feet and the head, so I love to wear two pairs of socks (preferably one made of wool or anything fluffy) and I wear slippers inside the house. When I sit at the desk, I try to keep my feet off the floor or put a blanket or towel between my feet and the floor.
And I also like to put clothes on the radiator for a few minutes, so they get warm before I put them on
I also use a hot water bottle to keep my feet on or to just put it beneath a blanket next to me, so it locks the warmth in.
Outside, I wear hats in winter and I love to wear a warm scarf and gloves. And I wiggle my fingers around ^^'
Especially when temperatures drop close or below 0 (normal in winter where I live), moving around when outside really helps with keeping warm. And stay out of the wind, because even average winds at -2°C can feel like someone cuts your face >_<
I also like to use more spices in my food in winter, because chili helps your body generate more heat
on its own.
And for both, layering clothes helps a lot. I like to wear undershirts in winter, with a pullover and a warm jacket or cardigan on top, made out of wool. Then you can layer a winter jacket on top, when you go outside. If it gets really cold, I also like to wear a kidney warmer. Usually it's used when you have trouble with your kidneys, but you can buy them off Amazon for a few bucks. They help with shaping, keep you warm and if you get too warm (for example at work) you can just easily take them off without having to completely undress.
